These terms and conditions apply to the use of and orders placed on www.lauraaliceprints.com website and telephone orders placed with Laura Alice Prints. By placing an order with Laura Alice Prints you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Every care has been taken to ensure that descriptions, measurements, colours and prices are correct. Bespoke comissions are made to order so there may be delay in delivery depending on printing time. We reserve the right to amend prices in the event of a change in VAT. Please note that there may be some variation in the colour of goods shown on the website due to the limitations of photographic and web processes and we cannot be held responsible for any variations in colour that may arise caused by your browser or computer software.
Orders can be processed directly though this web site. Laura Alice prints processes card payments securely via a third party payment system called Stripe. All transactions are processed using a secure server. Laura Alice Prints does not hold any customer card details and we will never pass your details on to anyone.
All items are offered subject to availability at time of ordering. However, should an item be out of stock there may be short delays in delivery and we will notify you immediately. Laura Alice Prints will have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems, failures or sub-contactor transport or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
Laura Alice Prints is happy to exchange or refund any unwanted or faulty full priced items returned to us in original condition and packaging, within 14 days.
Please email or phone us before sending any goods back so we know to expect it. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend you return any items via recordable post as we can not be held responsible for any return items that go missing. Please return items to:

Laura Alice Prints uses a variety of delivery companies to deliver customer goods, these companies deliver within the normal working hours of 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the goods can be received within these timescales.
Any bespoke commissions will be non-returnable/refundable unless there is a mistake or fault. All bespoke commissions will require approval from the customer prior to printing and delivery to ensure you are happy with the print.
All bespoke commissions will be added to the Bespoke Commissions gallery on lauraaliceprints.com and it will be the responsibility of the customer to advise otherwise.
